Kelci Rayl


Director of Children’s Ministries


Kelci was born in Toccoa Falls, GA, and has lived in New York, Iowa, Ohio, and now New Jersey. While earning her BA in Elementary Education at nearby Nyack College, Kelci began serving in the Children’s Ministry at Renaissance as an intern. Taking a slight detour from her original career plans, Kelci joined the Renaissance staff as Director of Children’s Ministries in 2005. Responsible for creating fun and engaging programs and events for children from birth through 5th grade, Kelci enjoys working with teams, empowering them to serve kids and their parents in exciting and innovative ways.

Kelci is married to Nate Rayl, and lives in Maplewood.

Whatever team is winning when I’m watching a game. My favorite athlete is Phil Mickelson.

When I’m not working I like to:

Spend time with my husband.

If I could have lunch with anyone it would be:

Oprah…yes Oprah! Or Amelia Earhart, because I would want to find out what happened to her.
