Nate Rayl

Director of Student Ministries

Originally from Ohio, Nate is from a family of 5 kids — all of them boys! While earning his BA in Secondary Education from Nyack College, Nate began serving in the youth and kids ministries at Renaissance. After a brief stint at Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, Nate agreed to join the full-time staff at Renaissance in 2007. In addition to his work with middle school and high school students, Nate also lends his considerable expertise in facility management, overseeing various construction and maintenance projects for Renaissance.

Nate is married to Kelci Rayl, and they live in Maplewood.
