Because your children’s safety and well-being is of the utmost importance to us, we have created an environment that ensures a great experience for everyone:
Staff Background Checks & Training
Each of our children’s staff undergoes customized training and an extensive background check. They are trained in the most up to date child safety procedures including First Aid, CPR, and child abuse protocols. Each staff member participates in our ongoing monthly training program.
Allergies and Illnesses
If your child has any food allergies, please make sure that you alert us during check-in. For the protection of all the children in our program, if your child has any signs of a cold or illness, we ask that you refrain from bringing them into the classrooms.
Special Needs
It is our desire to serve each and every child that comes through our doors. If your child has special physical or mental challenges and will need individual assistance in order to fully participate, please
contact us so that we can make every effort to make their experience a positive one.
Family ID System
To ensure the safety of our children, each child will receive a special security identification number, which is used during check-in and pick-up. If a Renaissance Kids staff member needs to contact you during the service, your Family ID number will appear on the front screen in the auditorium.
